Slogan ruffles the admins at Utah!

Well, you have people getting bothered by huge issues and then you have those who get bothered by profanity. Here’s the clincher, it is not profanity but assumed profanity. Does that make any sense, well, the first time I read it, I did not to me either.
The Utah state administrators were a little bit bothered by the slogans behind the T-shirts at Utah state university, which read, “I am proud of my A”. The A is supposed to stand for Aggies but there are those of us who can only think of something to go with that A. So as a result, the State administrators had a talk with the University officials and now the T-shirt reads something like ” I am proud of the A”.
This is one issue that is going to make the “A” news in one way or the other. This story could possibly be labeled under both strange as well as “storm in a tea cup”. What about free expression? I guess that is out of the window for the moment as far as the Utah state administrators go. Lance brown, the designer of the T-shirt decided to change the slogan once it became apparent that “A” was bothering quite a few people and now the students will have to do with the new slogan in the bag.
